Accountability is key! The best way to maximize your investment is to combine your Signature VIP Day with one of our Big Idea to Business Coaching programs. We offer several options, including individual, group and team packages.
VIP DAY LOGISTICS & INVESTMENT
Generally, VIP Days are held in our city. By arrangement, we may be able to come to you. Arrive the night before and depart the morning after. Travel and other expenses are at your cost. Virtual events are also an option for those unable to travel.
VIP Days are usually with one client. If you have a business partner who is involved in your business, we can discuss the option of you both attending.
More details on our Signature VIP Day will be provided in the application packet. We encourage you to schedudle your VIP Day as soon as possible since bookings are currently scheduling six to eight weeks out, and often later during holiday periods.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS ABOUT THE SIGNATURE VIP DAY
How far is the airport and hotel from your office location?
We are located in a smaller vibrant city with a very small, reliable airport less than 15 minutes for our office. American is the primary carrier, and private flights are also available. The hotel is right next to our office building, and it provides transportation to and from the airport. Rental cars are also available.
Can we meet in person at a mutually agreed upon location?
Absolutely, if it works best for both parties to travel, we can make arrangements to meet at a favorable travel location. This may include meeting the day before or after a conference event, meeting during a work off-site event, or at a favorite vacation destination. Travel and expenses the day before, during, and after the event are paid by the client.
Is it posible to meet over a weekend or for more than one VIP day?
Certainly. While we will accomplish a great deal during a single Signature VIP day, it may make sense to extend the time by a half or full day. This is especially likely when a business partner joins all or part of the session. The investment for multiple days will be dependent upon the desired outcomes and total length of the session. Weekend availability is limited and is offered only on a case-by-case basis.
Do you offer customized Signature VIP Day and Coaching packages?
Yes, we can take one of our VIP and Coaching packages and customize it to meet your specific needs. This may include regular or episodic coaching sessions and/or multiple VIP days. We have a long track-record of inventing new customized coaching solutions.
Do you offer coaching solutions on a retainer basis?
Absolutely, our retainers are customized to meet each client's specific needs based on time availability and the type of coaching support needed. The more flexible the scope, the higher the investment. We strongly advise to begin with a short-term retainer to provide the opportunity to access coach/client compatibility, with an option to renew on a longer-term basis.
