1. Business Entity Notice

Coaching Business Center is a registered “doing business as” (DBA) of Foresight Center, a business entity legally incorporated and operating in the State of Illinois, United States. All contracts, purchases, and payments are entered into with Foresight Center, regardless of branding.


2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website or purchasing our products or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations. You also agree to comply with any local laws applicable to your use of the site. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.
The materials contained on this website are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. 


3. Use License

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license for personal, non-commercial, transitory use only. You may not:

  a) Modify, copy, distribute, or reproduce materials.

  b) Use content for public display or commercial purposes.

  c) Reverse-engineer any software.

  d) Remove proprietary notices.

  e) Mirror or transfer materials to another server.

Violation terminates this license automatically and may result in legal action. 


4. Payment Processing and Compliance

Payments are securely processed through third-party providers including Stripe and PayPal on behalf of Foresight Center.
By submitting payment, you agree to the applicable processor’s terms of service:

Disputes must first be addressed through the relevant platform where appropriate. You authorize Foresight Center to charge your selected payment method for all purchases. 


5. Refund & Guarantee Policy

All sales are subject to the following terms:

  a) Digital Products: All digital products, including self-paced courses and downloadable materials, are considered delivered upon purchase and are non-refundable unless otherwise stated on the specific product page. Due to the nature of digital content, access is granted immediately and cannot be returned.  If a technical issue prevents access, contact support@foresightcenter.com within 3 days of purchase, and we will make reasonable efforts to restore access or provide a replacement. Refunds may be granted only in the case of documented access failure that cannot be resolved.  By purchasing digital content, you acknowledge that you have read the product description, understand that access is immediate, and agree to these terms.

  b) Rendered Services: All services that have been rendered—whether in full or in part—are non-refundable. This includes coaching sessions, consultations, or other professional services that have already commenced or been delivered, regardless of duration or level of participation.
Acknowledgment: By receiving or participating in any portion of a scheduled service, you acknowledge that the service has been delivered and agree that no refunds, credits, or transfers will be issued. This policy is final and non-negotiable to ensure fairness, maintain scheduling integrity, and comply with payment processor standards, including those required by Stripe.

  c) Scheduled Services: Scheduled services, such as coaching sessions, consultations, or other time-based appointments, may be canceled within the applicable cancellation window as stated on the relevant service page or confirmation email. Refunds, whether full or partial, are available only when explicitly stated and only if cancellation is received within the published time frame.  After the stated cancellation period has passed, all payments for scheduled services are final and non-refundable. This includes missed appointments, late cancellations, or inability to attend for any reason.  
Acknowledgment: By scheduling and paying for a service, you acknowledge that you have reviewed the cancellation policy for that service and agree to these terms. This policy supports fairness, respects our scheduling commitments, and ensures compliance with payment processor requirements, including those of Stripe.

  d) On-demand courses: All course purchases are final sale. No refunds will be issued regardless of access or progress.
       1) Technical Issues: If a verified technical issue prevents access to an on-demand course, contact support@foresightcenter.com within 3 days of purchase and we will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue or provide access via alternate means. Refunds will be considered only in the case of a documented failure to deliver access that cannot be resolved.  
Acknowledgment: By enrolling in an on-demand course, you acknowledge that you have reviewed the program details, understand the scope of delivery, and accept the stated refund and access terms.  These policies protect the integrity of our programs, provide clarity for all participants, and ensure full compliance with our payment processor’s guidelines, including Stripe.

  e) Pre-Purchased Courses and Digital Content: If a digital course or downloadable product is offered for future access (i.e., scheduled to launch at a later date), cancellations are eligible for a full refund only if requested in writing to support@foresightcenter.com at least 72 hours prior to the published launch date or early access, whichever occurs earlier.  After this window, all sales are considered final, and no refunds, credits, or transfers will be issued. This includes non-attendance, partial participation, or changes in personal availability.  
Acknowledgment: By purchasing a pre-scheduled digital product, you confirm that you have reviewed the product details, understand the scheduled or early access delivery date, and agree to these refund terms. This policy is in place to ensure fairness, support delivery timelines, and maintain compliance with our payment processor’s terms, including those of Stripe.

  f) Training Programs:  Enrollment in Coaching Business Center training programs, which may include a combination of digital content, live sessions, group coaching, and downloadable materials, is subject to specific terms of access and refund eligibility.  Unless otherwise stated on the program registration page, the following policies apply:  
    1) Immediate Access: Access to digital portions of the program is granted immediately upon purchase. Because digital content is delivered at the time of registration, it is considered non-returnable and non-refundable.  
    2) Refunds: If the training program includes a refund window, the specific deadline and terms will be clearly listed on the registration page. After the published deadline, no refunds, transfers, or credits will be granted regardless of participation or completion status.  
    3) Technical Issues: If a verified technical issue prevents access to core program materials, contact support@foresightcenter.com within 3 days of purchase and we will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue or provide access via alternate means. Refunds will be considered only in the case of a documented failure to deliver access that cannot be resolved.  
Acknowledgment: By enrolling in a training program, you acknowledge that you have reviewed the program details, understand the scope of delivery, and accept the stated refund and access terms.  These policies protect the integrity of our programs, provide clarity for all participants, and ensure full compliance with our payment processor’s guidelines, including Stripe.

  g)  Live Event Registrations:  Coaching Business Center offers registration for live, instructor-led courses, workshops, and special events. These events may be delivered online or in person and will include confirmed dates, formats, and access instructions published at the time of enrollment. By registering for a live event, you agree to the following terms:
     1) Refunds and Cancellation Windows: Refund eligibility and deadlines vary based on the specific event and will be clearly stated on the registration page for each offering. Some events may allow full or partial refunds if cancellation is requested by a specified date, while others may have a no-refund policy due to limited seating, materials, or scheduling constraints.
    2) No Refunds After the Deadline: After the published cancellation deadline for an event, all payments are final and non-refundable. No refunds, credits, or transfers will be issued for late cancellations or no-shows. 
    3) Event Changes: If Coaching Business Center must cancel or reschedule an event, you will be notified promptly and given the option to 
        (a) transfer to the new date, 
        (b) apply your payment to another eligible course or event, or 
        (c) request a full refund.
Acknowledgment: By submitting payment, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted the terms and refund deadlines for the specific event. You understand that your payment holds your seat and that missing the refund window will forfeit your payment, regardless of attendance. These policies are in place to ensure fairness for all participants, operational clarity, and full compliance with our payment processor’s requirements, including those set by Stripe.

  h) VIP Day & Related Services: You may cancel or reschedule a scheduled VIP Day or related service in accordance with the following policy: 

     1) 60+ Days Before Scheduled VIP Day: You may request a full refund if cancellation is submitted in writing at least 60 calendar days prior to the scheduled VIP Day or the first related service, whichever occurs earlier.  
     2) 45–59 Days Before Scheduled VIP Day: You may request a 50% partial refund if written cancellation is received between 45 and 59 calendar days in advance of the scheduled VIP Day or first related service.  
     3) 30–44 Days Before Scheduled VIP Day: Refunds are not available during this window. However, you may reschedule your VIP Day once within the following 30 calendar days, subject to availability. No further rescheduling will be allowed.  
     4) Fewer Than 30 Days Before Scheduled VIP Day Cancellations or no-shows within 29 days or less of the scheduled VIP Day are non-refundable and non-transferable, unless otherwise agreed to in writing. No rescheduling or credit will be granted in this period.  
Additional Terms:
      * All cancellation and rescheduling requests must be submitted via email to Support@ForesightCenter.com.  
      * Availability for rescheduling is not guaranteed and is offered on a first-come, first-served basis.  
      * Clients are limited to one reschedule per 6-month period, regardless of the reason for change.  
      * Any portion of a VIP Day or related service that has already been delivered, started, or accessed is considered rendered and non-refundable.
Acknowledgment: By scheduling a VIP Day or related service, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted these cancellation and rescheduling terms. These policies are enforced to protect both client and provider time, ensure fairness, and remain in compliance with our payment processor’s terms, including those required by Stripe

  i)  Rescheduling Policy: Clients may reschedule individual coaching appointments with at least 48 hours’ notice, or earlier if stated in the coaching agreement. Fewer than 48 hours’ notice will result in forfeiture of the session. If no availability exists to reschedule via our scheduling link, clients may request assistance via email at Support@ForesightCenter.com. A maximum of two reschedules are permitted within a six-month period.

  j)  Group Coaching Sessions: Due to the live and scheduled nature of group coaching, no refunds or rescheduling options are available for missed group sessions. It is your responsibility to attend the sessions as scheduled.  In some cases, recordings may be available at the discretion of the instructor, but this is not guaranteed and does not constitute a right to compensation, refund, or make-up session.

  k) Membership Sites: Recurring memberships may be canceled at any time. To avoid automatic renewal and charges for the next billing cycle, cancellation requests must be submitted and received at least 3 days prior to the next scheduled renewal date.

     1) Upon cancellation, you will retain access to membership content and services until the end of the current billing period.

     2) No refunds or credits will be provided for partial billing periods, unused content, or cancellations made mid-cycle.

     3) If applicable, any promotional or trial periods will be governed by the specific terms disclosed at sign-up.

  l) Third-Party Products & Services: All third-party sales are final. No refunds are provided by Foresight Center under any circumstances.

Notice: Cancellations must be submitted in writing to Support@ForesightCenter.com and received within the applicable time frame.   


6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Foresight Center and its suppliers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, profits, or business interruption, arising from the use or inability to use our products or services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claim related to these Terms will not exceed the amount you paid to Foresight Center during the six (6) months immediately preceding the date the claim arose. We believe this approach fairly balances protecting our community while respecting your investment. 


7. Disclaimer

All products and services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.


8. Intellectual Property

All content, including video, text, images, and trademarks, is owned by Foresight Center or licensed for use. Unauthorized use or duplication is strictly prohibited.


9. User Conduct

You agree not to: •Violate any applicable laws.

  • Harm, harass, or defame others.

  • Transmit malicious, illegal, or infringing content.

  • Attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access.

Violation may result in immediate termination of access, and Foresight Center reserves the right to pursue legal action and seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law. 


10. Instructor Responsibilities (if applicable)

If you contribute content as an instructor, guest expert, or collaborator within our programs, thank you for sharing your expertise. We value our partnerships and are committed to maintaining a professional, respectful, and legally sound learning environment for everyone involved. To help ensure that, please note the following responsibilities:

  • You confirm that the content you provide is either your original work or that you have full permission or appropriate licensing to use and share it.

  • You agree that your contributions do not infringe on the intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other legal rights of any individual or organization.

  • If your content includes materials that require royalties, licenses, or third-party permissions (such as music, fonts, stock media, or video codecs like HEVC), you are solely responsible for securing those rights.

  • You agree to comply with all applicable laws and platform guidelines and accept full responsibility for the accuracy and legality of your submissions.

   • By contributing content, you grant Foresight Center (doing business as Coaching Business Center) a royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, display, distribute, and adapt your content in connection with our offerings, marketing, and instructional materials.

11. Revisions

These Terms may be updated at any time without notice. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the current version.


12. Revisions and Errata

The materials appearing on this website could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. Foresight Center does not warrant that any materials are accurate, complete, or current. We may update or modify materials without notice but are not obligated to do so.


13. External Links

We are not responsible for the content of external websites. Use is at your own risk. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by Foresight Center.


14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.


15. Dispute Resolution

We are committed to providing a positive experience and resolving issues in a fair and timely manner. If something is not right, we encourage you to contact us first so we can try to resolve it together.

  • Step 1 – Informal Resolution: Please email us at Support@ForesightCenter.com with your concern. Most issues can be resolved quickly and informally, and we are here to help.

  • Step 2 – Binding Arbitration: If we are unable to resolve a dispute informally, both parties agree to resolve it through binding arbitration instead of in court (except as noted below). Arbitration is a private and less formal way to resolve legal disagreements with the help of a neutral third party. Arbitration will be conducted by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules and take place in Illinois unless both parties agree to a different location. Each party will be responsible for its own legal fees unless the arbitrator determines otherwise under applicable law.

  • Step 3 – Small Claims Exception: If your dispute qualifies, you may instead choose to bring it in small claims court in Champaign County, Illinois, provided it remains in that court and does not involve a request for class or consolidated action.  

  • No Class Actions: To the extent permitted by law, all disputes must be brought on an individual basis. Neither party may bring claims as part of a class or collective action.

17. Educational Disclaimer

The Coaching Business Center provides educational training programs and does not grant or issue coach certification. Students are responsible for pursuing certification through recognized third-party credentialing organizations, such as the Center for Credentialing & Education (CCE) for the Board Certified Coach (BCC) credential.

18. Shipping & Delivery Policy

Coaching Business Center, operated by Foresight Center in Champaign County, Illinois, primarily provides digital services, online training, and occasional in-person events. However, we may from time to time ship physical materials, gifts, or printed resources as part of a client package or training experience.  

Digital Product Delivery: All digital content, including self-paced courses, downloadable materials, and virtual programs, is delivered electronically through our secure platform. Unless otherwise stated, access is granted immediately upon confirmed payment.  

If a course or program is scheduled to begin at a future date, access will begin on the published launch date or early access date, as stated on the product page.  

Live Services and Online Events: Scheduled services such as coaching sessions, consultations, and VIP Days are typically delivered remotely via video conferencing unless otherwise stated. Confirmation of time, format, and access instructions will be provided after registration.  

In-Person Events: Some training programs, coaching intensives, or VIP Day experiences may include a live or in-person component. In such cases, the date, time, and location will be provided in advance. Attendance in person does not imply any physical product shipment unless explicitly stated.  

Occasional Physical Shipments: While physical products are not part of standard course purchases, we may offer complimentary or included physical items such as welcome kits, gifts, or printed materials. If shipping is included:  
   • Shipping will only be available within the United States unless otherwise stated.  
   • We are not responsible for delays caused by postal carriers, address errors, or circumstances beyond our control.  
   • Any expected delivery windows for physical items will be clearly communicated at the time of offer.  
   • Physical items are not returnable and are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.  

No Standard Product Shipping: We do not sell standalone physical goods, and shipping is not included unless expressly stated. Any suggestion of physical fulfillment outside these terms is unintentional. For clarification, contact Support@ForesightCenter.com.  

Customer Support If you experience a delay in receiving your digital access, live service instructions, or a promised physical item, please email us at Support@ForesightCenter.com. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve any delivery issue promptly.

Students are responsible for pursuing certification through appropriate third-party credentialing bodies such as the Center for Credentialing & Education (CCE) for the Board Certified Coach (BCC) designation.

Any results, client outcomes, or business success discussed or implied in our programs or materials are not guaranteed. Your results depend on your own actions, consistency, and adherence to industry standards. No coaching relationship is established unless specifically stated in writing.
